Change In Water Bill Payment Providers

The City of Cosmopolis is excited to announce that we will be changing our online payment provider for water bill payments from Payment Service Network to Xpress Bill Pay. This change will bring improved security and user-friendliness to the bill payment process for our residents.

If you are a first-time user of Xpress Bill Pay, setting up your account is easy. Simply follow these steps:

  1. Go to the City of Cosmopolis website and click on the "Pay Your Water Bill" button.
  2. On the Xpress Bill Pay page, click the "Create an Account" button.
  3. Fill out the required information, including your account number and email address. You will also need to create a password for your account.
  4. Finish all set up requirements. Once your account is set up, you can log in and view your water bill, make payments, and set up automatic payments if desired.
