Notice of Burn Ban

The City of Cosmopolis does hereby issue effectively immediately a ban on all outdoor burning due to the recent dry weather conditions as well as the forecast of dry weather for the foreseeable future. Outdoor barbecuing is allowed. This ban is issued under the authority of Fire Chief David Dutton and Mayor Frank Chestnut. This ban will remain in effect until further notice.
