America's 250th Celebration - July 4th

Come join us for an old-fashioned community potluck picnic as we celebrate America 250th Birthday. Enjoy cake and local history in the Community Room, free hot dogs, music between City Hall and the Fire Station, raffle drawings, water balloon toss prizes, a first-place hula hoop contest, cornhole, and plenty of good old-fashioned food, fun, and fellowship.

Also, from 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m., stop by the Dennis York Historical Museum to visit the Old Tiger, see the museum, talk to volunteers about their work restoring the important historical artifacts moving forward, and enjoy some ice cream.

It's a wonderful way to spend the afternoon before heading to Aberdeen to enjoy the evening fireworks display.
